Episode 9 of The Strongest Sage WIth the Weakest Crest anime has introduced the new character, Giluas, which is voiced by Yoshitsugu Matsuoka. The official Twitter of the anime also revealed some information regarding the VA and the character he’s voicing:
The 9th episode of the anime aired on March 5, 2022. Giluas is the strongest adventurer in the Radinia Alliance. The graph in the tweet above shows that he has very high HP and combat capability. Giluas was the strongest person Matthias met so far in the anime.

The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest anime premiered on January 8, 2022, and it currently has 9 episodes. J.C. Staff (Toradora) is animating the series, while Noriaki Akitaya (Castle Down Dandelion) is directing it. You can watch the show on Crunchyroll.
The anime is based on Shinkoshoto’s The Strongest Sage With the Weakest Crest light novel series. SB Creative has been publishing it since May 2017, and it currently has 14 volumes. A manga adaptation is also being serialized by Square Enix on Manga UP! magazine.
