Runa Narumi, voice actor most known for the role Yuika Mitsumine in The iDOLM@STER: Shiny Colors, will retire from entertainment. She previously announced her hiatus starting October 15, 2021. And today, Narumi’s agency Stardust Promotion announced that she will officially retire on December 31.

The official website of The iDOLM@STER: Shiny Colors also revealed that the character Yuika Mitsumine will receive a new voice actress. The staff are currently in the middle of selection and expect to announce the replacement in February 2022. In addition, all the current voice data of Yuika will be replaced starting April 2022.
Previously, the franchise removed Narumi from the Idolm@ster Shiny Colors 283 Fes 2021 Happy Buffet! event which ran as planned from October 23 to 24 of this year.
Other characters Narumi has voiced are Erika in the mobile game Konosuba: Fantastic Days and Lymee in the anime Ishuzoku Reviewers. She was also a member of Sound Orion, a voice actor unit, which she left on October 18. Runa Narumi has retired and will no longer represent the aforementioned characters.
