On November 6, Virtual YouTuber Nimu became the first independent VTuber to exceed 1 million subscribes on YouTube. In addition, she is the first to make the milestone from South America. According to User Local, she is the 28th most subscribed VTuber related account all over the world. So, as of writing this article, there are 28 VTubers with over 1 million subscribers on the platform.
Note: Kizuna Ai is in the top 10 of the rankings along with her gaming channel, ranked 2nd and 8th respectively. Plus, Hololive’s official YouTube account stays in the 10th place.

On November 6, Nimu tweeted “LLEGAMOS AL MILLOOOOOOON!!!” with a screenshot that shows she has got over 1 million subscribes, approximately 1,000,760, on her YouTube channel, Nimu Ch..
Then, Nijisanji VTuber Reimu Endou congratulated her on the milestone “LETS GOOO FELICIDADES!!! 🤍👻“, which means Congrats in English, and Nemu replied “muchas gracias!!” which also translates into Thank you in English.

It roughly says she is Nimu and an independent Argentina streamer, and that’s her main channel. In addition, she mentions her Twitch channel.
