Witch on the Holy Night Unveils Key Visual

The upcoming Witch on the Holy Night anime movie unveiled its first key visual along with an announcement video on Saturday. Studio ufotable is in charge of animating the movie, set to premiere in 2026.

Witch on the Holy Night – Key Visual

Witch of the Holy Night is a visual novel written by Kinoko Nasu and developed by Type-Moon. It was first released in Japan on April 12, 2012.

The game’s voice cast includes:

  • Haruka Tomatsu as Aoko Aozaki
  • Kana Hanazawa as Alice Kuonji
  • Yusuke Kobayashi as Soujuurou Shizuki
  • Chika Anzai as Kojika Kumari
  • Toshinari Fukamachi as Tobimaru Tsukiji
  • Shohei Kajikawa as Housuke Kinomi

The plot is as follows:
In the mansion on the hill, there lived two witches…
It is the late 1980s—the twilight of an era of beauty and vigor.
A boy moves to the city, barely missing two witches living in modern times.
The boy leads a completely ordinary life.
She carries herself with gallant pride.
The girl lives a sleepy, hidden life.
Each walks a starlit path.
One would never expect their paths to cross.
The story of how these three disparate people came together is soon to be told.
