After 7 years, the manga adaptation of My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me! (ImoUza!), is ending with its 12th volume. Square Enix will release the final volume sometime this fall.

My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me! (Tomodachi no Imōto ga Ore ni Dake Uzai) was originally a light novel written by Ghost Mikawa and Tomari. SB Creative has published the ImoUza! light novel via their GA Bunko imprint since April 2019. J-Novel Club publishes the English version of the light novel both in print and as an ePub.
Hira Hiraoka began the ImoUza! manga adaptation in December 2019. Square Enix’s Manga Up! web service has serialized the manga since its release. Comikey and Manga Up! (Global) release the English version of the manga.
Studio Blade (Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable) released an ImoUza! anime adaptation last fall. Ghost Mikawa also authors the Days with My Stepsister light novel. Crunchyroll streams the anime.
Synopsis
My Friend’s Little Sister Has It In for Me! follows the maiden-less Akiteru Ōboshi. Aki-kun knows that the saying “If a girl teases you, that means she likes you” is a load of rubbish. In his case, no one is being a tsundere; they genuinely dislike him. But he’s never let his loveless life get to him; after all, the thing he wants the most is for his game-development circle to succeed. He pursues that goal with a passion, even going as far as asking his hotshot uncle for help. And while his uncle agrees, his assistance comes with a clause: Aki-kun has to pretend to be his younger cousin’s boyfriend! But how will that charade affect Aki-kun’s life and “friendships?”
