Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist, the upcoming anime by EMT Squared, has a new PV. The anime is premiering on July 7th, 2021.
The PV introduces Noella (Risae Matsuda), who is one of the main characters.
In addition to Risae Matsuda, the voice cast includes Jun Fukushima (Reiji), Akane Kumada (Mina), Fumiko Uchimura (Egil), Mariko Higashiuchi (Annabelle), and Satsumi Matsuda (Elaine).
Risae Matsuda is also singing the ending theme, along with Akane Kumada. The song is featured in the new PV:
The anime is based on a light novel, titled Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist by Kennoji. Masafumi Sato is directing the series, with Etsuko Sumimoto as character designer. Hiroko Kanesugi is writing the script, as well as doing series composition. Tomoki Kikutani is composing the ost.
Seven Seas, the English publisher for the light novel, describes the plot as:
Corporate drone Reiji is transported to a fantasy world, where he discovers that he can craft potions at a higher level than his rank should allow. Taking advantage of this, Reiji makes a tidy profit–enough to open his own drugstore. An elf who can’t aim his bow? Give him some eye drops! A dragon who accidentally breathes fire? Cough syrup! Reiji’s new relaxing life of making medicine for fantasy creatures is about to begin!
