Shouta Doi finally learned the whole truth about his school in episode 4 of World’s End Harem anime. He has been having a good time with his but little did he know that it’s coming to an end.

Suddenly, Yuzuki was forced to avoid Shouta at all costs. Of course, Shouta doesn’t know anything about the United Woman’s plans. Since Yuzuki was aware of the situation, she cannot claim him for her own interest only. She must share Shouta with all the girls in school for the sole purpose of humankind’s survival. The anime did a good job of emphasizing that it is hard for Yuzuki to just leave Shouta.
The next girl in Shouta’s life, Natsu Ichijo, finally came to his room. Karen is really good at plotting things and is on a whole different level than Reito and Hino’s secretaries. She is coming up with weird ideas to select the next partner for Shouta Doi. The one who was chosen is Natsu Ichijo. It was emphasized that she comes from a prestigious family and the life she’d led was an easy one. She even claims that she can’t dress herself and asks Shouta for help. There’s always a possibility that she just did that to seduce Shouta. All her efforts resulted in a scene depicting their’s romantic advances, however, in this particular scene even kissing was censored. What’s even more bewildering, is the fact that we previously had kissing scenes which didn’t get censored.
Because of the sudden events in Shouta Doi’s life, he eventually learned the truth about his school. Karen revealed that all of his classmates are willing to help humanity survive in those dire times. According to Karen, he can pick whoever he wants to to spend his time with. Five years ago, he was bullied in his school everyday but now, he might be feeling that he is the luckiest person in the world.
For me, episode 4 of World’s End Harem anime is the best so far, since the story finally developed a bit. Also, Shouta seems to be more clever than Reito and Hino, which made the episode interesting to watch. That said, it seems that the anime will have a huge twist in the upcoming episodes since this one ended with the United Women’s upper echelons holding a meeting. It seems that they want Mira to relinquish her duties as Reito’s personal secretary. Are they plotting something? If you are also curious, stay tuned.
