Chainsaw Man manga author Tatsuki Fujimoto’s original Twitter account has been restored, Fujimoto’s Shinhei Lin revealed on Wednesday. The account had been locked due to breaking the platform’s age restriction rules. Fujimoto opened a new Twitter account (@ashitaka_eva) on Saturday, which he said will be deleted once the original account has been restored.
“Tatsuki Fujimoto-sensei’s sister, the account of Koharu Nagayama-chan (@nagayama_koharu) was restored. Thank you for your response, Twitter Inc.,” the editor tweeted and added “He will post information on the sister’s account from now on, so I’d like you to follow the account if you please, everyone.” In a follow-up tweet, he also revealed that the manga author will delete the new account as planned.
The Koharu Nagayama account has been followed by 565 thousand accounts on the platform. The account “belongs” to Fujimoto’s fictional sister, who often posts about her daily life. Her big brother sometimes “borrows” it to tweet about Chainsaw Man anime. According to Twitter rules,.children younger than 13 are not allowed on the platform. The latest tweet posted on Wednesday says:
“I ate a Kaki [Japanese persimmon] and an apple. They were not only delicious but rich with nutrients, and that’s good.”
