Haikyo talent agency announced on Wednesday that their talent, Azumi Waki, will be limiting her activities after her eldest daughter was diagnosed with a strong likelihood of dilated cardiomyopathy (heart muscle disease) and is now awaiting a heart transplant.

Additionally, the voice actress left a comment regarding the situation:
Thank you so much for your warm support.
I would like to inform you that I will be limiting my activities for a while to focus on my daughter’s treatment.
She was diagnosed with suspected dilated cardiomyopathy and suffered acute heart failure when taken to the hospital. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of the doctors, she now has an artificial heart and is in stable condition. However, as she must wait for a heart transplant, I’ve decided to stay by her side during this difficult time.
I deeply apologize to my fans and everyone involved for causing worry and having to withdraw from several roles. I hope to return to work fully someday and would be grateful for your continued support.

She also shared a picture of her daughter on her Instagram:
