Kamiina Botan, Yoheru Sugata wa Yuri no Hana (Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk) anime revealed a new character visual for Yaeka Kitamori. Her voice actress, Miyu Tomita, also left a comment about her character and the series:
I’m Miyu Tomita, and I’ll be voicing Yaeka Kitamori. Ever since I first read the original work, I’ve been completely captivated by its delicate and heartwarming atmosphere. I hope everyone will enjoy watching the girls come to life in the anime, perhaps while relaxing with a drink in hand!
The other cast members include:
- Sayumi Suzushiro as Botan Kamiina
- Yoshino Aoyama as Ibuki Tonami
- Minako Kotobuki as Kanade Gujo
- Yurina Amami as Akane Yusa
Studio Soigne (mono) is animating the series based on a manga written and illustrated by Hey. Takashi Sakuma (16bit Sensation: Another Layer) is the director. The anime is slated to premiere in April 2026.
The story centers around Kamiina Botan, a 20-year-old college freshman in Chichibu, Saitama, who experienced her first drink after meeting Ibuki Tonami, the leader of her dorm. Botan now spends her time trying different kinds of alcohol.
