The theme song artists of DIGIMON BEATBREAK have also left a comment.
MADKID:
As a member of the digital native generation, whenever I touched a computer or cell phone as a child, I always had the feeling that Digimon were right there with me .Now, for that same me to be able to be involved with Digimon…it’s a feeling that’s beyond words .The opening song “Mad Pulse” is about everyone’s “own groove” —the struggles, tears, and laughter we experience amid the changing world and shifting norms. I hope this song can become a partner for you. (LIN)

Ai Tomioka:
This is the first time I’ve written a song specifically for an anime. I’m very happy that I was able to take on a new challenge, while embracing the world and characters of the story. As we go through our daily lives, I think there are times when we get swallowed up by society or those around us, or overthink things and forget our own important “pulse of the soul” and “passion of the heart.” Even at such times, we listen to our own “soul beat”and pursue the dreams and paths we believe in. I put that kind of spirit into this song. I would be happy if it could become a supportive songthat encourages the viewers of the anime and listeners, even if just a little.

Toei Animation is animating with Hiroaki Miyamoto as director. Ryota Yamaguchi is handling the composition, while Takahiro Kojima is the character designer, and Kenji Watanabe is credited for Digimon design. A trailer was released last July. The voice cast includes:

We previously had the opportunity to interview the Digimon franchise producer Hiromi Seki at last year’s New York Comic Con. She shared interesting insights about the origins of Digimon, its unique evolution system that sets it apart from Pokémon, and the franchise’s future with Digimon Adventure Beyond.

DIGIMON BEATBREAK will have a special early screening of Episode 1 at DIGIMON EXPO’25, scheduled for September 20 and 21. The attending voice cast will include Megumi Han, Tomoyo Kurosawa, Mutsumi Tamura, Arisa Sekine, Misaki Kuno, and Daiki Hamano. A talk session featuring director Hiroaki Miyamoto, character designer Takahiro Kojima, and producer Shinji Takada will follow.
