The upcoming season 2 of Goblin Slayer revealed a new key visual and an October 6 premiere date. Studio LIDEN FILMS is animating the adaptation.
As announced with the recent trailer, Mili is returning to perform the opening, this time titled “Entertainment,” while Yuki Nakajima is performing the ending song, titled “Kasumi no Muko e.”

Goblin Slayer anime is based on the light novel series written by Kumo Kagyu and illustrated by Noboru Kannatuki. The light novel features a slew of characters, none of which have personal names. The titular protagonist is known as Goblin Slayer and rarely takes off his helmet. WHITE FOX animated the first season which aired in the Fall 2018 anime season. Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown sequel movie followed in 2020. A manga adaptation by Kousuke Kurose is also ongoing.
Yen Press is publishing both the light novel and manga series in English and describes the plot as:
A young priestess has formed her first adventuring party, but almost immediately they find themselves in distress. It’s the Goblin Slayer who comes to their rescue–a man who’s dedicated his life to the extermination of all goblins, by any means necessary. And when rumors of his feats begin to circulate, there’s no telling who might come calling next…
