Ever wondered what was the difference between a villain and a psychopath? No? Well, Gushing Over Magical Girls Episode 9 will tell you anyway. Spoiler alert: it’s standards. And while Utena is probably on the flight list to Little Saint James, she’s not the kind to help someone cash their life insurance. So, when she heard that Enormita hunts magical girls, she had a bone to pick.
Will You Be an Angel for a Helpless Loco?
How does that retaliatory fight begin? With the age-old phrase “speaking of bitches,” of course. And in this case, that was the call to arms to get the Enormita girls to face off against Loco Musica and Leberblume. As the Enormita girls begin their attack on a crowded Loco Musica concert, one has to wonder, where are the police in this show? People are obviously affected by what’s happening. Yet, fights and Bill Cosby-like behavior are a daily occurrence, and there’s not a single patrol car to be seen.
That thought aside, it only takes a short time for Magia Baiser to gauge the situation. As she’s telling her teammates to be wary, she gets a bad touch from Leberblume. Due to this, the attacks of the Enormita girls fall to the wayside as Leberblume manages to surprise Magia Baiser with her attack and takes control of Leoparde. As the two of them are trapped, Loco Musica unleashes her vocal attack against them and temporarily takes them out of the fight. But instead of finishing them, Loco Musica and Leberblume have a screaming match over who’s “#mostevil.” That’s just bad villaining 101. Remember, kids, if you want to gloat: Shoot first, and gloat later. If you’re gloating over a corpse, you’re still gloating. But if they get away while you’re gloating, you done flubbed.
Seeing the opportunity for an offensive, Magia Baiser starts her attack by going on the defensive and summoning a barrier monster. Leberblume, thinking this was a faux pas on Magia Baiser’s part, sneaks up behind them to attempt to trap Leoparde once again. But, she fails and instead traps herself, and once firmly in Nero Alice’s dollhouse. As Loco Musica tries to attack, she’s quickly negated by Magia Baiser who lets her know that doing so would result in Leberblume being crushed.
Things Differ From What They Appear
What would you do if you met your favorite idol? Would you tell her how much she and her music mean to you? Or would you fanboy over her? If you answered yes, congratulations; success is not for you. The path to greatness isn’t the street you’re on. Fortune favors the bold and the stupid. Magia Baiser understands this in her very soul. The moment she finally gets a one-on-one time with Loco Musica, she demands that she strip naked. While Loco Musica initially protests, she realizes there’s not much she can do in the situation, so she acquiesces. As Loco Musica stands on stage in her birthday suit, Magia Baiser torments her by saying how she should call her fans to see this because they would love to see her like that (they sure would like to see Ayaka Tachikawa like that). As she continues to taunt her, Magia Baiser spills the beans that all of Loco Musica’s fans were faker than a $50 US bill in North Korea. All those people were just being controlled by Leberblume, which would suck to hear. But when you have a voice that’s as pleasant as Taco Bell-induced diarrhea, well, you have to realize that all is not what you thought it to be. But an idol has her pride, and even if on paper, Loco Musica is one. So, she graces the Enormita girls with a very special show.
As the naked Loco Musica jaunts on stage, one must recall that well-known poem of old: “Roses are red, violets are blue. A naked Loco Musica makes me feel randy, how about you?” But, as fate would have it, Loco Musica “zoom zooms” and “kabooms” all over the stage. She gains a +50 buff to her singing abilities. Her singing was so wow-worthy, much good, so very dove-like that she managed to win the hearts of the Enormita girls. However, that did little to appease so the Enormita girls still forced Leberblume and Loco Musica to transform and reveal their real identities. As they are wondering what to do with the two, Loco Musica proudly declares that they’re switching sides back to Enormita. With that, Gushing Over Magical Girls Episode 9 came to an end.
Gushing Over Magical Girls Episode 9 Wrap Up
If you or a loved one developed mesothelioma from hearing Loco Musica sing, contact Anime Corner immediately. Not that we’ll do anything about it, but it’s nice to know people are reading. The more the show progresses, the more fans realize that Magia Baiser will be a force to be reckoned with. Seeing how Loco Musica and Leberblume have successfully completed magical girl hunts, one would think the rag-tag group of Magia Baiser’s Enormita would quickly fold. Yet, time and time again, they show some pretty awesome situational awareness and use it to their advantage. The show seems to be heading to a Lord Enorme VS Magia Baiser climax, so it will be interesting to see how Magia Baiser can fight someone way more skilled than her.
