Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable character Rena Natsukawa just got a new character trailer and visual ahead of the anime’s January 2024 premiere. It was previously announced that Reina Ueda will be voicing the character. In the trailer, Rena shares some nervous moments with the main character, Tsubasa Shiki:

Kai Ikada’s Dosanko Gyaru wa Namaramenkoi manga debuted in September 2019 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform. The series was translated as Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! and is currently being serialized via MANGA Plus. The manga series has published 11 volumes and has amassed 120mn cumulative views.
DMM Pictures is responsible for the anime’s distribution, while Silver Link and Blade will animate the series. The anime staff includes chief director Mirai Minato (Masamune-kun’s Revenge) who is also responsible for the series composition, Misuzu Hoshino (The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious) as director, and Katsuyuki Sato (My Stepmom’s Daughter Is My Ex) as character designer.

- Ayane Sakura voices Minami Fuyuki
- Nobunaga Shimazaki voices Tsubasa Shiki
- Yumiri Hanamori voices Sayuri Akino
