Shinichi Fukuda’s My Dress-Up Darling announced that the manga will release the 11th volume on March 25, 2023. The volume will have a special edition that comes with an acrylic diorama plate with petit-illustrated four characters in church costumes: Gojo Wakana as the priest, Marin Kitagawa, Sajuna Inui, and Shinju Inui as nuns. The author also revealed with gratitude for the support that the series has surpassed 8 million circulating copies. The number means an increase by 500 thousand copies from 7.5 million since the previous, 10th volume was released in September 2022.

My Dress-Up Darling’s Marin Kitagawa Gets Life-Size Maid Standee
Shinichi Fukuda has been running the My Dress-Up Darling manga on Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine since January 2018. The series released the first compiled volume in November 2018 and the 10th volume in September 2022. Studio CloverWorks produced 12 episode long My Dress-Up Darling anime based on the work in the Spring of 2022. The anime’s sequel is in the works.
Square Enix has been publishing English editions as well and released the sixth volume in August 2022. The next, 7th volume is scheduled to be released on January 24, 2023. The first volume describes the plot as:
Traumatized by a childhood incident with a friend who took exception to his love of traditional dolls, doll-artisan hopeful Wakana Gojou passes his days as a loner, finding solace in the home ec room at his high school. To Wakana, people like beautiful Marin Kitagawa, a trendy girl who’s always surrounded by a throng of friends, is practically an alien from another world. But when cheerful Marin–never one to be shy–spots Wakana sewing away one day after school, she barges in with the aim of roping her quiet classmate into her secret hobby: cosplay! Will Wakana’s wounded heart be able to handle the invasion from this sexy alien?!
