The ONE PIECE live-action season 2 has revealed the actors for Crocus, Dorry and Brogy. The new actors include Clive Russel as Crocus, Werner Coetser as Dorry and Brendan Murray as Brogy. The sequel revealed 4 Baroque Works agents’ actors yesterday.
The sequel is set to add Chopper into the crew, and Jamie Lee Curtis is the fan-favorite to join as Kureha. Vivi and Ace are also among the characters expected to appear, among others.
The live-action series has Matt Owens (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Luke Cage) and Steven Maeda (The X-Files, CSI: Miami, Lost) serving as writers, executive producers, and showrunners. The creator, Eiichiro Oda, is also among the show’s executive producers. The first season made its debut on August 31, and it topped Netflix’s global English TV Ranking with 18.5 million total views, 140.1 million hours viewed and an average runtime of 7:34 hours. It kept its top spot in the 2nd week as well, marking a huge success for the adaptation.
The ONE PIECE manga is written and drawn by Eiichiro Oda. It currently has 1117 chapters, while the anime adaptation is at 1109 episodes. VIZ Media licensed the manga in English, and Crunchyroll streams the anime. They describe the story:
