Pokémon Reveals Real-Life Poké Ball Accommodation You Can Stay In

Pokémon Sleep is collaborating with NOT A HOTEL on a campaign featuring a real-life accommodation modeled after a Poké Ball.

The Pokémon Company revealed the project through a promotional video titled “A Poké Ball You Can Stay In,” showing the Poké Ball-inspired space designed as an actual overnight accommodation.

The collaboration is with Pokémon Sleep, the sleep-tracking game that records and analyzes a player’s sleep through a smartphone or compatible device. The campaign gives the Poké Ball, one of the franchise’s most recognizable items, a new interpretation as a place for guests to sleep overnight. Earlier today, the franchise also announced a collaboration between its TV anime and Pokémon GO.

NOT A HOTEL is a Japanese hospitality and real estate company that develops unique vacation homes and accommodation properties. The newly revealed Poké Ball space was created specifically for the Pokémon Sleep collaboration.

More information about the campaign, including details on the accommodation and how to participate, will be available on the dedicated Pokémon Sleep × NOT A HOTEL campaign website. Pokémon Sleep originally launched for iOS and Android in 2023.

Pokémon revealed its Generation 10 games and starters during this year’s Pokémon Day, presented during the Pokémon Presents livestream on February 27, 2026. The games are titled Pokémon Winds and Pokémon Waves and will release exclusively for the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027. 

The franchise previously revealed numerous special anime shorts, including an anime for World Earth Day, a Dragonite-focused short by CoMix Wave Films on Pokémon Day in 2025, and the recent POKÉTOON short anime titled Wartortle and the Continuation of Summer directed by Shingo Yamashita.

Another new anime, The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu, was also recently announced for 2027, as well as a new anime film, Pokémon: Wild Card. The film is being animated by studio CloverWorks and will premiere in 2027.
