The Demon Prince of Momochi House is getting a sequel manga titled Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Oji -Zoku. The first volume’s cover has been revealed:
The original The Demon Prince of Momochi House manga series is written and illustrated by Aya Shouoto. It was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten’s Monthly Asuka from February 2013 to August 2019. Viz Media has licensed it in English, describing the first volume as:
On her sixteenth birthday, orphan Himari Momochi inherits her ancestral estate that she’s never seen. Momochi House exists on the barrier between the human and spiritual realms, and Himari is meant to act as guardian between the two worlds. But on the day she moves in, she finds three handsome squatters already living in the house, and one seems to have already taken over her role!
An anime adaptation of the series is airing, with eight episodes currently out. Studio Drive is animating the series under the direction of Shirahata Nobuo. Yasuko Aoki is doing the series composition, Mariko Oka is on the character designs, Hiromi Kikuta is on the sound direction, and Tomoyuki Kono and Ayana Tsujita are on the music. The cast includes:
- Natsumi Kawaida as Aoi Nanamori
- Takeo Otsuka as Nue
- Shinnosuke Tachibana as Murasaki
- Yuki Ono as Ise
- Ari Ozawa as Onmoraki
- Taku Yashiro as Kasha
- Wataru Hatano as Takamura Nachi
