Four Knights of the Apocalypse is the sequel to Nakaba Suzuki’s highly popular Seven Deadly Sins series. The manga started serialization in 2021, right after the original series ended. A total of 10 volumes are currently out. The anime was announced in May of 2022. Kodansha publishes the manga in English and describes the plot as:

In the world of The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, Percival has always lived with his grandfather on the idyllic, remote God’s Finger. And though Percival loves the simple life, he longs for adventure. That is, until adventure comes knocking at his door, tearing away everything he’s ever known and leaving him alone in the world. Now Percival has no choice but to go out into the world and see what it holds…after all, it’s his destiny!

The original Seven Deadly Sins manga also has an anime adaptation with 4 seasons and 2 movies. The first 2 seasons and Prisoners of the Sky movie were animated by A-1 Pictures. Studio DEEN took over for seasons 3 and 4, and the latest movie Cursed by Light served as an anime-only sequel. TV anime was a Netflix exclusive worldwide, while the movies had theatrical screenings in Japan. All the seasons and both movies, as well as a special OVA series, are now available on Netflix.

An original two-part CGI movie titled The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh also exists, as a Netflix original. The first part premiered last year, while the second is expected later this year.
