Shortly after a teaser, the official Twitter for Kaguya-sama: Love is War has confirmed the Season 3 release date to be 2022, and we have a new trailer and visual! The 7 hearts referred to hours rather than days, and you can see the new visual:

So far, the series received 2 anime seasons by A-1 Pictures, which were incredibly well received. Season 2 was even voted as the Anime of the Year for 2020 by our fans, with votes from 47,323 people! Besides the OVA episodes, it also has 2 live-action films. Funimation streams both seasons, while VIZ licensed the manga in English. They describe the story:

The release date being April 2022 is great news, and we know Kaguya-sama will be awesome again in season 3, and the trailer reminded us just how fun this anime is! The teaser trailer showed some new characters, and we’re yet to learn how many episodes the 3rd part of the show will have.
