Hunter x Hunter has released a special Gon and Killua trailer to commemorate the “Togashi Yoshihiro Exhibition -PUZZLE-” opening today in Japan. The trailer features the voice actors Megumi Han (voice actress of Gon Freecss in the 2011 anime adaptation) and Mariya Ise (voice actress of Killua Zoldyck in the 2011 anime adaptation). Yoshihiro Togashi wrote and illustrated Hunter x Hunter. It was first serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump in March 1998. It returned after a ~4-year hiatus last week with chapter 391. Togashi-sensei also wrote Yu Yu Hakusho, and he married Naoko Takeuchi, the author of Sailor Moon back in 1999. You can read the latest manga chapters for free on the MANGA Plus website.
In addition to the return from hiatus, a new volume was also announced along with the cover reveal. The manga currently has eleven chapters (381-391) that have not been compiled into a volume, and the new volume 37 will be released on November 4. The author Yoshihiro Togashi also joined Twitter, where he has a big following and occasionally posts his activities and illustrations.
