Final Season of Attack on Titan Is Not Getting Delayed

According to a recent Funimation post, Attack on Titan Final Season is not delayed and will be streamed by them later this year. Although the Fall 2020 date for the show was removed by NHK, it seems that it will still be on track to come out this year. Studio MAPPA is going to produce the popular franchise’s last season. We hope they will deliver us great piece of media, just like WIT STUDIO did in the past. Funimation also announced that SimulDub episodes for the Attack on Titan Final Season will be streamed at a later date.

An official trailer for the final of the Attack on Titan saga has also been released by Funimation’s youtube channel:

(the Trailer above is available in countries where Funimation provides its services)

Funimation also teases upcoming premiere by saying:

With Eren and company now at the shoreline and the threat of Marley looming, what’s next for the Scouts and their quest to unravel the mysteries of the Titans, humanity, and more? Well, we’ll just have to find out when Attack on Titan Final Season comes to Funimation.

We are pleased to see that the Attack on Titan Final Season is not getting delayed. We also hope it will be a fitting finale for the series!

UPDATE: NHK Press Release airing schedule available on their website confirmed that Attack on Titan Final Season will air on December 7.
