Aniplex Online Fest 2024: Full Recap and Highlights

Featured Image: Aniplex Online Fest 2024: Full Recap and Highlights

Aniplex Online Fest 2024 is officially behind us, having left quite a few interesting announcements in its wake. For the first time, the event took place on a Monday and was mindful of the US West Coast and Japan time difference: it started at 8 pm PDT and 8 am JST respectively. While that may not be the best for European fans, it definitely shows Aniplex’s commitment to having a presence overseas.

This year’s event, the fifth in a row, was once again hosted by Hisanori Yoshida from Nippon Broadcasting System and voice actress Sally Amaki, credited for her 22/7 role. Some titles, such as Fureru, recently revealed the latest updates and only had informative segments so we will be focusing on the things that had actual announcements. Live-stream recording of the Aniplex Online Fest 2024 will be available on YouTube until September 23 so make sure to check it out and catch amazing performances (by DJ Kazu and Demon Slayer band from New York) and skits.
