Dragon Ball DAIMA anime has revealed three new voice cast members, along with the information the ending theme song. The anime previously confirmed that is already completed, and it will premiere with an extended episode on October 11. The ending theme song will be “NAKAMA” by Zedd featuring AI. Zedd also composed the opening theme song, which was featured in the latest trailer.
The new voice cast includes:
- Showtaro Morikubo as Gomah
- Junya Enoki as Degesu
- Yoko Hikasa as Dr. Arinsu
Studio Toei Animation is in charge of the animation, and it will premiere with an extended episode on October 11. You can see all of the characters in the trailer below.

Zedd is composing the ending song, while the lyrics and performance are handled by AI. The artist also left a comment:
Studio Toei Animation is animating, while Akira Toriyama was in charge of the story and original character design. Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki are serving as the series directors, Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru adapted the design for the animation, and Yuko Kashihara is in charge of the series composition and script. They previously revealed a trailer, visual and cast members.
Akira Toriyama started the Dragon Ball manga in 1984. It was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from 1984 to 1989. The Dragon Ball Z sequel started in 1989 and ended in 1995. The sequel to Z, Dragon Ball Super started serialization in 2015 and is still ongoing.
The franchise received numerous anime adaptations, with the latest ones being Dragon Ball Super and Super Dragon Ball Heroes. With the latter one being separate from the main continuity, fans have been excited for the story to continue. The Dragon Ball Super TV anime ran from 2015 to 2018 with a total of 131 episodes. The Dragon Ball DAIMA anime was announced in October 2023.
