Every Persona 3 Reload Social Link – Ranked

19 – Akihiko Sanada

Sanada is my personally lowest ranked Link Episode character of the guys who have Link Episodes. On the surface, his Link seems like it’s just beating up random thugs around the city. But, I think there are two aspects of it that are pretty unique. For one, Sanada is comparable to the other orphans of the story: yourself, Aragaki, and the members of Strega.

He’s unique in that he does have a foster family, and that tripartite set of relationships to those at the orphanage, his biological younger sister, and a foster family give him a perspective others don’t have. He has a quiet sort of strength and it’s quite gratifying making pancakes or giving out food to the rest of the dorm with him. Personally though, I think he gets better character development in other people’s Links and within the story itself.
