Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 Releases Creditless Theme Song Videos

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Season 2 released the creditless version of the opening and ending theme songs. The opening theme song “lulu.” is performed by Mrs. GREEN APPLE while milet returns to sing the ending theme song “The Story of Us.”

Tomoya Kitagawa replaces Keiichiro Saito as director at studio MADHOUSE. Tomohiro Suzuki is in charge of the series composition while Yuri Fujinaka, Keisuke Kojima, and Maru Takase are handling the character designs, and Evan Call continues to compose the music.

After the party of heroes defeated the Demon King, they restored peace to the land and returned to lives of solitude. Generations pass, and the elven mage Frieren comes face to face with humanity’s mortality. She takes on a new apprentice and promises to fulfill old friends’ dying wishes. Can an elven mind make peace with the nature of life and death? Frieren embarks on her quest to find out.

Kanehito Yamada writes the manga with illustrations by Tsukasa Abe. It has been serialized in Shogakukan’s shonen manga magazine Weekly Shonen Sunday since April 2020.
