The Fall 2021 anime season is almost upon us and Funimation’s lineup is packed with interesting titles. From returning series to long-awaited new shows, this season is looking to be a promising one. Demon Slayer Season 2
Perhaps the most anticipated returning anime for Fall 2021, season 2 of popular shounen anime Demon Slayer was revealed to be coming to Funimation earlier this year. It has also been revealed that the anime will air in both the Fall 2021 and Winter 2021 seasons. Funimation will simulcast the series on Sundays at 11:15 PM JST.

Ranking of Kings
Ranking of Kings is a highly-anticipated anime based on a web manga of the same name. The series from Aniplex will stream exclusively on Funimation from October 15. It will be available to watch with both subtitles and an English dub.

Mieruko-chan
Another much-anticipated title for the Fall 2021 season, horror-comedy anime Mieruko-chan simulcasts from October 3. You can view the series’ latest promotional video below.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Part 2
Another popular returning anime this season, part 2 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation will air on October 3. The anime was originally scheduled to premiere in July, but was then delayed. The series’ latest trailer is available to watch below.

Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside
One of the new offerings this season, Banished from the Hero’s Party is based on a fantasy light novel series of the same name. The series will premiere on October 6. It was also originally slated for a July premiere but was delayed.

The Vampire Dies in No Time
The Vampire Dies in No Time is an anime based on Itaru Bonnoki’s manga, which shares the same title. The series will simulcast from October 4 and also received a promotional video in March.
