Jujutsu Kaisen 0 revealed a new key visual on the anime’s official Twitter account. The new key visual features all the characters from the upcoming prequel movie. In addition, the director’s comment was posted on the official website. The movie will open to the public on December 24.
The visual says Curse each other with all you have got. The protagonist Okkotsu Yuta (Ogata Megumi) holds a sword, while his childhood friend, Orimoto Rika (Hanzawa Kana) is behind. Three characters stand in a line: Panda (Seki Tomokazu) at the left, Inumaki Toge (Uchiyama Koki) at the center, and Zenin Maki (Komatsu Mikako) at the right. Geto Suguru (Sakurai Takahiro) with an evil smile gives off a menacing aura on the left side the poster. Lastly, Gojo Satoru (Nakamura Yuichi) uncovers his eye in the background.
Director’s Comment
Director Park Sunghoo made a comment:
In this very moment, we are producing Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the movie in high spirits. We, all the staff members are working together as one for the December 24 release, near the end of year, so we’d like you all to look forward to it and pay a visit to theaters.

VIZ licensed the Jujutsu Kaisen prequel and describes it as:
Yuta Okkotsu is a nervous high school student who is suffering from a serious problem. His childhood friend Rika has turned into a Curse and won’t leave him alone. Since Rika is no ordinary Curse, his plight is noticed by Satoru Gojo, a teacher at Jujutsu High, a school where fledgling exorcists learn how to combat Curses. Gojo convinces Yuta to enroll, but can he learn enough in time to confront the Curse that haunts him?
