My Happy Marriage Season 2 revealed the opening video and theme song by Riria (stylized with a dot at the end). Studio Kinema Citrus is returning to animate, with the premiere date set for January 6. Netflix will be streaming the anime worldwide.
Riria previously performed the opening song for Ranma 1/2 “Anta Nante,” which was voted the 4th best opening of Fall 2024. The new song is titled “Happy Promise,” and you can check it out below.
My Happy Marriage Season 2 revealed the Episode 1 preview along with the main trailer. It is the 14th episode overall, with the story continuing after the Episode 13 OVA episode, which was released on Netflix on November 22 last year.
The main voice cast for the My Happy Marriage anime consists of the following members:

- Reina Ueda as Miyo Saimori
- Kaito Ishikawa as Kiyoka Kudo
- Ayane Sakura as Kaya Saimori
- Hiro Shimono as Yoshito Godo

- Ryohei Kimura as Arata Tsuruki

Akumi Agitogi writes the My Happy Marriage light novel, which was initially published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. Fujimi L Bunko later acquired the title in January 2019 and began publishing it with illustrations by Tsukiho Tsukioka. There is also a manga adaptation by Rito Kohsaka.
Yen Press licensed the novel in English, while Square Enix licensed the manga. The franchise got a live-action film adaptation in March 2023 as well.
