My Hero Academia Announces Captain America Collaboration With Visual and Trailer

My Hero Academia is having a collaboration with Marvel’s upcoming Captain America: Brave New World, revealing a special visual and trailer to commemorate it. They describe the collaboration as “Two heroes who soar with the wings on their backs—Hawks and Captain America (Sam Wilson). A fusion of powerful lines and action scenes that showcase their determination.”

The trailer features narration by Yuichi Nakamura (Hawks) and Mizobata Junpei (the Japanese voice of Sam). My Hero Academia Final Season (Season 8) is set to premiere this fall, while Captain America: Brave New World will premiere in theaters worldwide on February 14.

Kohei Horikoshi drew the My Hero Academia manga for Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from July 2014 until August of this year. Following the conclusion, Horikoshi said that he is already working on his next manga. The manga received its first anime adaptation by studio BONES in 2016. It received 6 more seasons, with Season 7 concluding on October 12, 2024.

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, an anime adaptation of the spin-off manga which takes place 5 years before the main story, will premiere on April 13. The anime recently revealed a new key visual and trailer.
