The preview images and staff for Wind Breaker episode 12 were revealed on Wednesday. The new episode will introduce Ren Kaji (VA: Nobuhiko Okamoto) and is set to be released on Thursday, June 20. Crunchyroll is streaming the Wind Breaker anime series with English subtitles. Check out the preview images below:

This week, fans are introduced to Kaji! Sakura is named the head of class 1-1 but it seems that Kaji hasn’t taken a liken to Sakura just yet. As the two patrol the town together in this week’s episode, will they find a way to settle their differences? Or will Bofurin have an internal problem on their hands?
Wind Breaker is directed by Toshifumi Akai with studio CloverWorks handling the animation production. Hiroshi Seko (Chainsaw Man) is handling the series composition for Wind Breaker while Ryou Takahashi is composing the music. Taishi Kawakami is in charge of the character designs for the series while Kazuyuki Asaka is working as the action director.
The Wind Breaker anime is based on the manga written and illustrated by Satoru Nii that has been serialized on the manga website Magazine Pocket since January 2021. There are currently 17 volumes released with no announced date for the next one. Kodansha USA is publishing the series in English, with the first five volumes currently available in print and the first 14 digitally.
Wind Breaker episode 12 will be released on Thursday, June 20, 2024.
