Sanrio has announced that they will begin their first humanoid project, Fragaria Memories. According to the official site, Fragaria Memories is a multi-media project representing a new generation of authentic fantasy. It focuses on the Fragaria Knights and their chivalry. It will include voice dramas and music videos that center around their stories.
To start the project, they released an official visual of the first three Fragaria Knights alongside each of the characters’ illustrators and voice actors.
Hallit is a serious Fragaria Knight with a strong sense of justice from the Red Bouquet. He serves Hello Kitty and has set out on an adventure to save the world. He is still developing as a knight. LAM is in charge of his design while he is voiced by Gakuto Kajiwara (Asta from Black Clover).
Cielomort is a young genius Fragaria Knight from the Blue Bouquet. He has a gentle personality and a natural charisma that attracts people, but his actions can be daring. He serves Cinnamonroll as his knight. He is design by Kei Mochizuki and Nobunaga Shimazaki is in charge of his voice (Mahito from Jujutsu Kaisen; Seishiro Nagi from Blue Lock).
Badobarm is an ambitious Fragarai Knight who wants to become King. Although he has a violent and selfish personality, he is love by his subordinates. He has a pet crocodile fairy name Tama and was accidentally hired by Badtz-maru. His illustrator is Shiro Miwa and is voiced by Shunsuke Takeuchi (Urogi from Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc; Einar from Vinland Saga Season 2).
The website has also shown that there are 15 more mysterious Fragaria Knights in each of the three bouquets that will be coming in this project. Fragaria Memories will also host a booth and an event at the upcoming Animate Girls Festival 2023 on November 3 and 4.
Fagaria Memories is a fantasy multi-media project takes place in the Fragaria world where fairies live alongside the Kingdom of Strawberries, Hello Kitty, and her friends. There are three continents: Red, Blue, and Black, also called the Continent of Innocence, Love, and Friendship. In response to Hello Kitty’s wish, the Fragaria Knights rose to protect their masters from a mysterious evil force called SEED. More information about the project will be release in the future.
