Solo Leveling Anime Director Commemorates Season 2 Premiere With an Illustration of Sung Jinwoo

Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow- begins today with Episode 1, and the anime director Shunsuke Nakashige commemorated the premiere with an illustration. The staff has been revealing count down illustrations daily leading up to today, with the director’s being the final one.

The anime by A-1 Pictures was voted the most anticipated show of Winter 2025, with Crunchyroll set to stream it worldwide. You can see the new illustration below.

The new season will feature songs by LiSA (opening titled “ReawakeR”) and TK from Ling Tosite Sigure (ending titled “UN-APEX”) with Hiroyuki Sawano as the music composer. You can hear both of the theme songs in the last released trailer.
