Chainsaw Man manga author Tatsuki Fujimoto live-tweeted his reactions on episode 11 of the anime, titled “Mission Start” in real-time during the broadcast. The manga creator “borrowed” the Twitter account from Koharu Nagayama, an account he created in the name of his “sister” who uses it to post about her daily life.
“This is Fuzamoto. I’d like to also do it today,” the Chainsaw Man manga author appeared on Twitter four minutes before the broadcast (with the typo) and continued to inform the followers of the series’ ongoing collaborative campaign with Japanese convenience store chain Lawson. The next tweet revealed he enjoyed this week’s Yukinobu Tatsu’s Dandadan manga being serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ manga service. He also mentioned that he wanted to get Japan’s “my number ID card” (similar to social security number) with Anya Forger from Spy x Family series. The individual number system recently announced its collaboration with the anime series. In the third tweet, he said a commercial video looked like the character design of Sumito Owara’s Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! series. Owara actually worked as the character designer in the commercial for Nissin’s instant noodle Donbe.
