The preview of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End episode 25 has been revealed. The upcoming episode set to release on Friday, March 1, is titled “A Fatal Vulnerability” and the synopsis is as follows:
To go to the deepest part of the dungeon, which is a condition for passing the second exam, they had to defeat Frireren’s replica. Frieren and Fern meet up with Denken, Lawine, and the others in front of the replica, and use the information and knowledge that each mage has to formulate a strategy to defeat the replica. What is the memory that comes to Frieren’s mind during that time?
Keiichiro Saito (Bocchi the Rock!) is directing the series at studio Madhouse (A Place Further Than The Universe) with Tomohiro Suzuki (One Punch Man) as the scriptwriter, Evan Call (Violet Evergarden) as the music composer, and Reiko Nagasawa (takt op. Destiny) as the character designer.

After the party of heroes defeated the Demon King, they restored peace to the land and returned to lives of solitude. Generations pass, and the elven mage Frieren comes face to face with humanity’s mortality. She takes on a new apprentice and promises to fulfill old friends’ dying wishes. Can an elven mind make peace with the nature of life and death? Frieren embarks on her quest to find out.
