The official Twitter account of Spy x Family anime announced that the anime’s trailer for Part 2 reached 1 million views on YouTube, and expressed their appreciation to fans for the milestone.
According to the tweet, the video topped the Trending lists on the platform. The Twitter post came with hashtags for Spy x Family related words including Anya, the little telepath in the series, and an Anya emoji is available at the end of them.
The screenshot shows the video was viewed more than 1.2 million times, but it has already received more than 1.3 million views at the time of writing.
The TV anime Spy x Family released the teaser trailer along with broadcast information for Part 2 and an October 2022 release date right after Part 1’s 12th episode, which was the season finale that aired on June 25 in Japan. You can check the 41 second long trailer below.

Under Kazuhiro Furuhashi’s direction, WIT Studio and CloverWorks are animating the adaptation of Tatsuya Endo’s Spy x Family manga, which has been running since March 2019 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ manga website. Part 1 aired from April 9 to June 25, 2022 in Japan. Part 2’s release is scheduled for October 2022.
VIZ MEDIA licensed the manga for English releases and describes the plot as:
Not one to depend on others, Twilight has his work cut out for him procuring both a wife and a child for his mission to infiltrate an elite private school. What he doesn’t know is that the wife he’s chosen is an assassin and the child he’s adopted is a telepath!
