BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 -The Conflict- anime revealed the preview for Episode 2 (Episode 28 overall). The episode is titled KILL THE KING” and will premiere on October 12. You can check out the preview images, staff and synopsis below.

The official website describes the story for the episode:
Entrusted with the mission by Hyosube Ichibe, Ichigo and his friends rush toward the Royal Palace. Awaiting them is a composed Yhwach, who has regained the power of “The Almighty” after the “Nine Years of Power.” Wielding his new dual blades, Ichigo fights Yhwach with “Zangetsu.” To protect the things he holds dear, Ichigo now swings his sword in a desperate attempt to stop Yhwach.

Studio Pierrot previously produced the original TV anime adaptation of Tite Kubo’s BLEACH manga, which aired between October 2004 and March 2012 with a total of 366 episodes. VIZ Media licensed it in English, and they describe the BLEACHTYBWA story:

The peace is suddenly broken when warning sirens blare through the Soul Society. Residents there are disappearing without a trace and nobody knows who’s behind it, meanwhile, a dark shadow is also extending itself toward Ichigo and his friends in Karakura Town…

BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 -The Conflict- was voted the most anticipated Fall 2024 anime. It premiered on October 5, and you can vote for the first episode in our weekly rankings for this season.
