Tite Kubo’s BLEACH art collection JET is returning in an expanded two-volume edition on October 2, 2026, alongside several new projects celebrating the manga’s 25th anniversary.
Originally released in December 2018, the artbook will be republished as BLEACH Artbook JET 2026 I and BLEACH Artbook JET 2026 II. The new editions will include the more than 700 illustrations collected in the original JET, as well as additional BLEACH and BURN THE WITCH artwork.
The books will use the same type of ink and paper as the original release. Volume I will have 304 pages, while Volume II will have 218 pages. The BURN THE WITCH comic originally included as a bonus with the 2018 edition will not be included.
Along with the release, BLEACH has also launched its first popularity poll dedicated specifically to individual illustrations. Titled BLEACH ART SELECTION, the campaign features approximately 100 works selected from the two new JET volumes, with fans able to vote once per day. The top 25 illustrations will be selected based on the results and featured in a special 25th anniversary promotional video.
Another project originating from JET’s artwork is also moving forward. Ryogo Narita is writing the second installment of the school-life novel project, titled DON’T BLEACH MY FIST II. The new story will feature the meeting between Ichigo Kurosaki and Jo Hyouzaki, after which a series of incidents begins to unfold amid indications that someone is manipulating events from behind the scenes.
Additionally, a second BLEACH original art exhibition, BLEACH EX. II, has been confirmed for Summer 2027. It follows the original BLEACH EX. exhibition, which began in December 2021.
The anime adaptation is currently airing its final cour, BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity, with three episodes released so far. Tite Kubo confirmed it will include even more original material than the previous parts, expanding the manga’s final battles. Hulu recently said that the final part of the anime will run for 10 episodes.
Created by Tite Kubo, BLEACH was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2016 and concluded with 74 volumes. The manga has exceeded 130 million copies in circulation worldwide, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time.
The original anime adaptation aired from 2004 to 2012 and received four theatrical films. The franchise returned in 2022 with BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, adapting the manga’s final arc.
BLEACH: Mirrors High recently revealed its protagonists in a new trailer, with the game featuring original character designs by Tite Kubo.
