Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life anime revealed its second key visual ahead of the release of Episode 6, which will release on August 15. Studio LIDENFILMS is handling the animation production, with Hideyo Yamamoto as the director.

Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life is a manga series by Hekiru Hikawa, known for Pani Poni. The series launched in Kodansha’s Monthly Morning Two magazine in August 2021.

The synopsis is as follows:
Ryusei Narukami—occupation: shut-in NEET.
He spends his days holed up at home, endlessly gaming… but in another world, he
was once the Demon King!
One day, Meteor Hanaori appears before him—the Hero who defeated Ryusei long
ago and who is now living as an ordinary high school girl.
After reuniting with Meteor, Ryusei manages to reenter society, landing a job as a
high school teacher at Mikenshi Girls’ High School.
However, it turns out to be the very school Meteor attends!
Reincarnated into a peaceful world, the two meet once again—
and a new romance between a former Demon King and a former Hero begins!?
