The covers of the February 2023 issue of the magazine Seiyuu Grandprix have been revealed on Sunday. Voice actor Yuichiro Umehara, who voices the main character Klaus in Spy Classroom, appears on the front cover dressed similarly to the character. The voice actor talked about the upcoming said anime and he also shared his plans for the year 2023. Meanwhile, voice actress Rie Takahashi, who will release her extended play record at the end of January, is featured on the back cover of the magazine. The voice actress talked about being a musical artist.
Seiyuu Grandprix February 2023 Issue will be available to purchase for 1,480 yen (around $11) on January 10, 2023. Special posters from both featured artists are added as a benefit upon purchasing the magazine from certain retailers.
Aside from the two voice actors on the cover, the magazine also highlights other artists such as Shouta Aoi, Maaya Uchida, Moeka Koizumi, and Kaori Maeda. Special behind-the-scenes coverage of “CUE! 4th Party “Forever Friends”, the 4th live concert of the voice actress idol unit AirBlue is also featured. In the last issue, the cast of Urusei Yatsura and voice actress Yui Ogura were on the front and back cover respectively.
