HoYoverse has announced its participation in Gamescom 2025, taking place from August 20 to 24 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. The company will present content from three of its major titles: Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. The presentation will happen at a 600-square-meter booth located in Hall 6, C031.
At the Genshin Impact booth, themed “Song of the Welkin Moon,” visitors will be able to preview “Nod-Krai,” the upcoming in-game region, through a physical installation. The exhibit will feature recreated scenes from the game, faction introductions, stage performances, interactive challenges, and merchandise. Remote audiences will also be able access live programming via Rocket Beans TV.
Honkai: Star Rail will showcase content from its recently released Version 3.4 update. The booth will feature elements inspired by “The Eternal Land” and the Amphoreus setting. A sculpture of the character Mem will be on display as well, along with live appearances by cosplayers. Attendees will be able to participate in activities such as chimera design, quizzes, and merchandise purchasing.
Zenless Zone Zero, marking its first anniversary, will highlight content from its upcoming Version 2.1. The booth will include a playable demo across PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox, alongside an on-site “Mystery Tales Investigation” event. Visitors will have the opportunity to collect Investigation Badges for a chance to win themed prizes. Character cosplays and a merchandise pop-up will also be featured.
HoYoverse states that its Gamescom 2025 presence is intended to provide attendees with first-hand exposure to its games’ evolving content and ongoing development.
