VIZ announced that all nine volumes of RWBY will be available for digital download internationally through Apple TV on July 8. Fans can now purchase the series in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the Caribbean, Israel, select countries in Africa, and the Commonwealth of Independent States (excluding Russia). VIZ added that fans in other countries should keep an eye out for wider release updates.

As for the U.S., RWBY is streaming on-demand via Hulu, plus Amazon Prime Video and Fandango at Home through digital download. Digital downloads are also available in the U.S. and Canada via Apple TV, Google TV, YouTube, and Microsoft Movies & TV.
The wider release rollout joins the surprise announcement of RWBY Volume 10, over two years since Volume 9 premiered in February 2023. Showrunner Kerry Shawcross revealed the season’s early development and the “long road ahead” for fans while thanking them for their patience.
The late Monty Oum created and directed RWBY at Rooster Teeth Animation until his passing in 2015. Shawcross, credited as a writer on the series since the first season, co-directed Volume 3 with Oum before assuming sole directorship with Volume 4 with Oum’s passing. RWBY is described:
In a world filled with horrific monsters bent on death and destruction, humanity’s hope lies with powerful Huntsmen and Huntresses.
