Mother of the Goddess' Dormitory Gets New Key Visual, Premieres July 14

Recently, one of the much-awaited anime this season, “Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory” has received a new key visual! The official website for the anime posted it on July 8, 2021. Also, according to its official Twitter account, the website has also been renewed.

First of all, what is “Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory”?

Ikumi Hino launched the manga in December 2017. Kadokawa Shoten published the manga, which is still ongoing and currently has 7 volumes.

Then, an anime adaptation of it airs this July 14, 2021. Studio Asread will take care of its production. Not only that, Shunsuke Nakashige (Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld OP) will direct the anime.

The anime will be having three different versions. First is the modified version, which will air on TV. The second one is a “see-through” version. It will air one week after the release of the first version. The last one is an uncensored version, which will air on satellite channel AT-X.

If you are wondering what the anime is about, below is the synopsis:

12-year-old boy Kōshi Nagumo, who finds himself homeless, penniless, and without relatives to care for him. As he lies on the street, he gets picked up to become the “dorm mother” of a dormitory full of troubled women’s university students.
