SiM Moves to Pony Canyon Music Label

Japanese band SiM has officially moved to the Pony Canyon music label on January 10. The band, whose latest song “The Rumbling” was used for Attack on Titan: Final Season Part 2 opening theme, has been active since 2004.

The band consists out of MAH (vocalist), SHOW-HATE (guitar), GODRI on drums, and bassist SiN. SiM (Silence iz Mine) released 5 albums, with the latest one titled “Thank God, There are Hundreds of Ways to Kill Enemies” coming out in June 2020.

Their latest song “The Rumbling” was released on January 10 in TV Size. The official opening for Attack on Titan’s final season, which features the song, reached over 5 million views in just 24 hours and currently has over 8 million. The song was composed and arranged by SiM, while MAH wrote the lyrics.


In addition to the new AoT opening, the band also performed the opening themes for Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis and Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul. Their song “Devil in Your Heart”, which is currently their top played on Spotify, was used in the popular fan-made OP video for Chainsaw Man. The CD jacket for “The Rumbling” is now also available, and features Eren in titan form:
