We all know that the beloved quintuplets were supposed to be back this October. Unfortunately, the still ongoing pandemic forced it to be delayed to January 2021. However, it’s no wonder fans are still afraid it might be pushed further back, which is why the director and founder of Bibury Animation Studios made a tweet to assure the fans it won’t. To explain, Tensho (the director) said that they plan to produce all the episodes of The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 by the time it premieres. That way, there is no chance it will get delayed regardless of the pandemic situation.

In case you have not seen it, it is a romantic comedy that follows Uesugi Fuutarou. He meets the Nakano quintuplets who have trouble with their studying, so he becomes their tutor. After that, it becomes a waiting game as to which of the girls he will get romantically involved with as he has interesting moments with each one of them. Although I have already been spoiled about the ending; I am still excited to watch The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 when it premieres!
