Season 3 of the Ascendance of a Bookworm anime revealed an April 11 premiere date, along with the ending theme song “I Can’t Put It Into Words” song performed by Maaya Sakamoto in its new commercial. Studio Ajia-do is producing the series.

The main cast is also coming back for the new season of the series. Yuka Iguchi is voicing the main character Myne, while Sho Hayami is voicing Ferdinand. Other voice actors include:
- Megumi Nakajima as Turi
- Mutsumi Tamura as Lutz
- Takehito Koyasu as Penno
- Fumiko Orikasa as Eva
- Tsuyoshi Koyama as Gunther
- Kazuhiko Inoue as Sylvester
