VIZ Media licensed RuriDragon in English for a Spring 2025 release, and they describe the story of the first volume:
Well, a half dragon. Her mom admits Ruri inherited her draconic traits from her father, who, yes, is actually a dragon. As if dealing with curious classmates wasn’t already challenging enough, Ruri and her dragon genes literally turn up the heat in the middle of a lecture. Her ordinary life is about to be anything but!
Following its start in June 2022, RuriDragon ended up going on a hiatus in August of the same year due to Shindo’s health. The manga came back on March 4, 2024. After publishing 5 consecutive chapters, the series transitioned to a bi-weekly schedule from April 22 that year, resuming serialization in the magazine’s digital edition and on the Shonen Jump+ platform.
